Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, boiled and diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. pimento, diced
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and add enough milk to moisten.
    Top with bread or cracker crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
