Coconut Pie 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 c. coconut
    9-inch uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Bake in a 9-inch uncooked pie shell at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until firm.
