Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. sweet basil
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic or dash of garlic powder
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. anise seed
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and all spices, tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Cook about 30 minutes.
    Boil noodles; add olive oil to water.
