Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn, thawed
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/3 c. green onions
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 large tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Mix rice, corn, garlic, milk, chili powder, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Place tomatoes on top.
    Cook in oven for 35 minutes.
    Remove.
    Sprinkle on 1/2 cup cheese and cook 5 minutes longer.
