Frozen Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1/4 c. (or more) maraschino cherries, chopped
    1/4 c. (or more) pecans, chopped
    3 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    To this, add the pineapple, cherries, pecans and bananas.
    Freeze in cupcake papers in muffin tins or in 7 x 11-inch pan and cut into squares.
    Serves 8 to 12.
