Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    14 manicotti shells or 24 large macaroni shells, cooked and drained
    oregano
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain and cool. Add Cheddar, cottage and Mozzarella cheeses and mayo. Mix well. Carefully spoon into shells and place in a large casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with oregano. Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Cover and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
