Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish.
Put flour and seasoning into paper bag.
Put cut up chicken in bag and shake well.
Then place in dish in butter and put into preheated oven at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0. Cook 30 minutes and turn over. Cook about 30 minutes longer. Depends on the size of chicken.
