Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bundle fresh spinach leaves
1/2 head purple cabbage
1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
1 lb. cheese tortellini, cooked
Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (I use low-cal)
crumbled crispy bacon
Preparation

Tear spinach leaves into bite-size pieces and lay in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Shred cabbage into strips and lay on spinach leaves.
Halve cherry tomatoes and place on cabbage. Layer cooked tortellini on salad.
Drizzle dressing all over salad.
Just before serving, sprinkle bacon on salad.
