Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 green pepper
    5 jalapeno peppers or 4 Italian hot
    large onion
    1 stick celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    In a large saucepan mix olive oil and garlic.
    Brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
