Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled, boned and cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. rice, cooked in 4 c. broth
    1 c. water chestnuts
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped jalapeno (if desired)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with bread crumbs or croutons.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12.
