Shrimp Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
    mayonnaise to moisten
    grated onion to taste
    lemon juice to taste
    extra shrimp to garnish or parsley
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients with mixer until well blended.
    Spread on bread.
    Garnish with tiny whole shrimp (there are approximately 75 per can) or parsley.
