Pina Colada Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 egg
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cream sugar, egg, margarine and sour cream.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in coconut and pineapple.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
