Spring Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 small carton cottage cheese or sour cream
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Dissolve jello in
hot\twater and let stand until cool. Add juice, cottage
cheese (or sour cream) and crushed pineapple. Pour in mold.
