Suzie'S Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1 egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
dash of pepper
3 green peppers, sliced lengthwise
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
6 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 small can pineapple chunks
Preparation

Combine ground round, egg, cornstarch, salt, onion and peppers. Form into small balls.
Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil. When brown, drain and set aside.
(May be frozen and kept in freezer up to 3 months.)
