Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck (ground turkey or ground venison make good sauce)
    2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 small cans mushroom slices or pieces
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce (Italian style)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic powder or granulated garlic
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and drain well.
    In a separate pan, saute onion; add green pepper, followed by sliced mushrooms.
    In a large saucepan, combine stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic and oregano.
    To sauce, add drained beef, onions, peppers and mushrooms.
    Stir well and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
    Serve with pasta and garlic bread.
