Stir-Fry Chicken And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast strips
    2 red peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 onion, cut in wedges
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 jar salsa
    1 can dark kidney beans
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat half of oil in skillet.
    Add chicken and cook about 5 minutes until no longer pink.
    Remove to plate.
    Add rest of oil to skillet.
    Add peppers, garlic, onion, salt and oregano.
    Cook, stirring, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Add chicken, salsa and drained beans; heat through.
    Serve with warm tortillas.
