Easy Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
2 to 3 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 to 1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large deep dish casserole, 3-quart or larger.
Layer the potatoes on top of hamburg, then onions, peppers, carrots and spread tomatoes and seasoning next.
Last, top with cheese and bake for 2 hours at 300\u00b0 or microwave at Medium heat for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
