Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3 c. whole wheat flour
 
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 c. canola oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. natural apple juice
4 c. cranberries
Preparation
- 
                            Wash cranberries in a strainer.
 
Let drain.
Chop cranberries in a blender.
Place in a large mixing bowl.
