Peach Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. peaches (use freestone), drained and cut up
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together adding flour last.
Put into a large oiled Bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until done in center.
