Lourde'S Coffee Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 tsp. instant coffee (more or less to taste)
Preparation
    Beat eggs on low speed until foamy.
    Add all ingredients, except brown sugar; blend together.
    Sprinkle brown sugar on bottom of loaf pan (9 1/2 x 5 1/2-inch).
    Pour mixture into pan. Place pan into pan of 1/2-inch hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean.
    Chill for at least 4 hours.
    Turn upside down; remove from pan.
