Pennsylvania Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples, peeled, cored and diced
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Lightly spread in shallow greased pan. Bake in preheated (350\u00b0) oven for 25 minutes or until macaroon-like crust forms on top.
    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
    Serves 6.
