Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. rolled oats
2 sticks margarine
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Boil water; add oats.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Cream margarine and sugars; add well beaten eggs.
Mix altogether.
Add vanilla, flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
