Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 whole eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cooked prunes, cut into pieces
1 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir all others in order given.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
While cake is baking, make glaze.
