Cheese Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    coarse \"pretzel\" salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend cheese and margarine with mixer until creamy.
    Stir in flour and baking powder, kneading until a stiff dough forms.
    Knead in caraway seed.
    Roll dough into large marble sized balls.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake about 15 minutes until pale golden.
    Serve hot or at room temperature. Makes 40.
    Store airtight or freeze unbaked, thawing to bake as directed.
