Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 5/8 oz. red food coloring
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar, oil and vinegar.
Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Add flour and milk to mixture.
Add vanilla and food coloring.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0. Makes 3 layers or sheet.
