Dan'S Pickled Pigs Feet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pigs feet, split
    3 c. vinegar
    1 quartered onion
    12 peppercorns
    6 whole cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Scrub feet thoroughly; singe if necessary.
    Cover with cold water.
    Add vinegar and heat to boiling.
    Skim.
    Add seasonings and simmer 2 hours.
    Cool in liquid and serve cold.
