Chicken What-The-Hell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    2 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    1 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. finely chopped pecans
    2 to 3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. mint
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in pan; sprinkle with mint, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Now pour wine, Worcestershire, honey and oil mixture around chicken; add mushrooms to top of chicken and pecans final layer.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
