Apple Pecan Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples, cooked or canned

Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt together. Combine oil, sugar and eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until thick and lemon-colored. Add dry ingredients at low speed until smooth. Stir in apples, pecans, cinnamon and vanilla. Spoon into greased 11 x 14 sheet cake pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
