Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Stir in 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed.
    When melted, add 3 Tbsp. minced onion or bacon bits.
    Pour into serving dish.
    DO NOT substitute other cheeses for Velveeta, as they do not get smooth and creamy.
