Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 rounded Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
milk (for making suitable consistency)
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Melt butter.
Crumble in Blue cheese and continue to melt. Remove from stove. Beat in enough milk to desired consistency. Add spices and combine with mayonnaise last.
Stores for no more than 48 hours.
