Crescent Cream Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put 1 package rolls in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread mixture over rolls. Layer second package of rolls on cheese mixture.
    Beat egg white only until foamy.
    Mix in 1/4 cup sugar.
    Brush over rolls.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
