Custard Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk (let cool and remove scum)
    8 Tbsp. cooked rice
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon and sugar mix
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar, milk, vanilla and rice.
    Pour mixture into a 2-quart Pyrex dish; sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mix.
    Place Pyrex dish in a pan with hot water.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Try inserting knife at 25 minutes; when it comes out clean, it's done.
    Don't overbake.
