Urb Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 boned chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. chicken broth (College Inn)
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry chicken breasts for 10 minutes and put in baking dish. Mix together soup, broth, celery and mushrooms.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Serve over rice.
