Sausage Cheese Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread, sliced
    1 lb. sausage
    7 eggs
    1 carton sour cream
    small amount of milk
    cheese, grated (I use 1 lb.)
    onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Place slices of bread in bottom of a large 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown sausage and spread on top of bread.
    Mix eggs, sour cream and milk.
    Pour over sausage.
    Top with cheese and onions.
    Let stand overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
