Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. unsifted plain flour
    2 whole eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
    Set aside and cook until lukewarm.
    Mix next 3 ingredients and let this yeast mixture set until yeast is dissolved.
    Place 6 cups unsifted flour in large bowl.
    Pour all ingredients over flour and stir with spoon.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Mix well with spoon (not mixer).
    Dough will keep in refrigerator for 5 to 8 days.
    Roll out and shape rolls as desired.
    Let rolls rise until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
