Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients; crush crackers and mix with butter. Cover top with crackers mix.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
