Macaroni & Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 regular size small curd cottage cheese (1 lb.)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    2 cups (10 oz.) shredded extra sharp cheese
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in salted water. Drain. Mix together all ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour or until sides of dish show macaroni is browning. Serve hot.
