Twice Baked Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 each medium baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In 400\u00b0 oven, bake potatoes about 1 hour.
    Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise.
    Scoop potato out and place in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Spoon filling back into potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes and then serve.
