Never Weep Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 egg whites
Preparation

Cook cornstarch, sugar and water together until clear, like starch.
Stir and cook.
This takes only a few minutes.
Cool while heating egg whites.
Beat egg whites until standing in peaks.
Then add first mixture and beat some more, adding 6 tablespoons more sugar, one at a time while beating.
Beat until all stands in high peaks.
Put on pie and brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
