Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    2 ribs celery
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 medium cucumber
    1/4 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grate all ingredients and
    work all the juice out.
    Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and
    salt to taste.
    Mix together and make sandwiches.
