Viola'S Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. French green beans, drained
    1 clove garlic
    1 can lesueur English peas, drained
    1 can white shoe peg corn
    1 jar pimento
    1 red onion sliced and separated into rings
    1 small bell pepper
    1 c. celery, optional
    1/2 c sugar
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix and bring to a boil.
    Cool.
    Mix all vegetables together and pour cool liquid over all and chill.
    Will keep 2 weeks.
