Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced green pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the last 4 ingredients to make a syrup and pour over the combined vegetables.
    Store in a gallon glass jar and refrigerate. Ready to eat in 24 hours.
    Will keep 1 year in refrigerator.
