Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chipped beef, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onions, minced
    1 Tbsp. green bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 lb. chips or crackers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk.
    Stir in chipped beef, onions, green pepper, black pepper and sour cream.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top.
    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve hot with chips or crackers.
