Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. red currant jelly
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. ginger (powdered)
4 to 5 dashes Tabasco
Preparation

Salt and pepper chicken.
Melt ingredients together until liquified.
Marinate chicken overnight.
Place chicken in buttered casserole, skin side down.
Baste with the marinade often.
Turn and continue to baste until chicken is cooked and richly glazed. Cook at 375\u00b0.
