Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 head romaine lettuce
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 pkg. Lawry's Caesar dressing mix, prepared per pkg. directions
    1 heaping Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    lots of cracked pepper
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces.
    Chill as long as possible.
    Prepare dressing.
    Pour prepared Lawry's dressing, garlic, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and lemon juice into container; mix or shake well.
    When ready to serve, place romaine in large bowl; pour dressing over and toss well.
    Add cheese and toss.
    Add croutons and toss.
    Serve at once.
