Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1/2 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. fat-free sour cream
2 tsp. diced onion
1 can diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (light)
1 small can onion rings
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and onion rings.
Bake with grated cheese on top at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with onion rings and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
