Baked French Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg.
    Add dry ingredients (mixed together) alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin tins half full.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    When done, brush with melted butter and roll in mixture of 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
    Makes 1 dozen.
