Feather-Light Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll warm muffins in melted butter, then in sugar mixture. Serve warm. Yields 8 to 10 muffins.
