Microwave Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. air popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    dash of salt
    nuts (optional)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except popcorn and soda in bowl.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes and stir, 1 minute and stir, 1 minute and stir. Add soda, it will foam.
    Pour over popcorn in brown paper grocery bag and shake.
    Place folded bag in microwave for 1 minute and shake 2 times and for 30 seconds and shake 2 times.
    Pour on baking sheet to dry.
    When dry, store in airtight container.
