Fiesta Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. each: red, green and yellow pepper, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    8 flour tortillas, warmed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. salsa
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin for about 15 minutes.
    Saute the chicken in the oil until done, then add the onion and pepper.
    Stir in the salsa.
    Spoon onto the tortillas and top with cheese.
